Legend Oaks sits back from US-290 off Convict Hill Road, and the name is earned — this is one of the more mature, heavily-canopied pockets of far southwest Austin, with decades of live oak growth shading driveways that would otherwise bake in full Hill Country sun. The tradeoff is sap and leaf tannin year-round, not just in spring, and we run a decontaminating wash as standard here instead of treating it as an upsell.
