When you book online, call, text, or submit your phone number or email through a form on this site (including our new-visitor discount offer), we collect the contact details you provide so we can follow up about your booking, send your discount code, and share occasional service updates. We don't sell or rent this information to third parties.
This site uses your browser's local storage (a technology similar to cookies) to remember a few simple preferences — for example, that you've already seen and dismissed the discount popup or the cookie notice, so we don't show it to you again. This information stays in your own browser; it is not sent to us or to any third party, and clearing your browser's site data will reset it.
Our online booking window is provided by Urable, a third-party scheduling platform, and is embedded directly on our Services and Pricing pages. Urable may set its own cookies when you interact with that booking widget, governed by Urable's own privacy policy.
We use the information you provide to schedule and deliver detailing services, respond to inquiries, process the discount code you requested, and — only if you've given us your number or email for that purpose — send occasional promotions or detailing tips. You can ask to be removed from any list at any time by calling, texting, or emailing us using the contact info below.
This site links out to and embeds a small number of third-party services to operate: Urable (booking & scheduling) and Google (reviews and maps). Each of these services has its own privacy practices, separate from ours.
