Questions, answered

Does the course irrigation actually damage paint, or is it just cosmetic?
Almost always just cosmetic. ShadowGlen's sprinkler overspray leaves a mineral film on top of the clear coat, not bonded into it, and a Full Detail lifts it clean. A car left untouched for months in full sun is the exception — at that point it can etch, and we'll say so honestly rather than charge for a wash that won't fix it.
I've heard about the water issues here — should I be worried about my car?
Not from our service — we never use ShadowGlen's tap water. Every rinse comes from our own 0 PPM RO/DI tank, so whatever's happening with the utility that week doesn't reach your paint.
