Welcome to Texas Auto Club. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (texasautoclub.com), our mobile detailing services, and any related communications. By booking our services, using our website, or receiving text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing texasautoclub.com or booking any service from Texas Auto Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

2 Services Provided

Texas Auto Club is a fully mobile car detailing business serving the Austin, Texas metro area. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Interior detailing (steam cleaning, vacuum, wipe-down, leather conditioning)
  • Exterior detailing (hand wash, clay bar, wax, tire and trim dressing)
  • Full detail packages (combined interior and exterior)
  • Add-on services such as engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, pet hair removal, and odor elimination
  • Monthly subscription plans for recurring service

3 Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made through our online booking platform (Urable), by phone, or by text. A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement between you and Texas Auto Club to provide the selected service at the agreed time and location.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards and digital payments processed securely through our booking platform. We do not store or retain credit card information on our own systems.

Book Now, Pay After: No deposit or upfront payment is required to book. You pay only after the service is complete and you are satisfied with the work.

4 Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible:

  • More than 24 hours before your appointment: No charge
  • Less than 24 hours before: A rescheduling fee may apply at our discretion
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations: May be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price to cover lost time and travel

Appointments canceled due to inclement weather, mechanical issues on our end, or other circumstances outside your control will be rescheduled at no cost.

5 Customer Responsibilities

Since we come to you, we ask that customers:

  • Provide safe, legal, and accessible parking for the vehicle and our service vehicle
  • Remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before service
  • Inform us in advance of any existing damage, mechanical issues, or delicate areas of the vehicle
  • Provide access to an outdoor outlet where required (we typically bring our own water and power)
  • Be available by phone during the service window for any questions or access issues

Failure to provide accessible parking or requested information may result in canceled service or additional fees.

6 Service Limitations & Disclaimers

While we use professional-grade products and industry-standard techniques, please understand:

  • Detailing services improve the appearance and cleanliness of a vehicle; they cannot fix mechanical issues, structural damage, or deep scratches that require paint correction beyond what was quoted
  • Results vary based on the vehicle’s condition, age, and any pre-existing damage
  • Certain stains, odors, or damage may be impossible to fully remove
  • Existing clear coat failure, paint oxidation, or severe interior damage is not guaranteed to be fully restored
  • Ceramic coatings, waxes, and sealants have manufacturer-specified durability periods and are not warranted beyond those periods

All services are provided “as is.” We make no warranties beyond what is explicitly stated in writing for a specific service.

7 Liability & Damage

Texas Auto Club takes great care with every vehicle we service. We carry liability insurance appropriate for our business. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our negligence:

  • Any claimed damage must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of service completion with photo evidence
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of repair of the damage, not to exceed the total amount paid for the service
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose or improperly installed parts, or damage caused by undisclosed vehicle conditions
  • We are not liable for items left in the vehicle, indirect damages, or loss of use of the vehicle

By booking a service, you acknowledge these limitations and release Texas Auto Club from any liability beyond what is described above.

8 Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will work with you to make it right — this may include returning to address specific areas at no cost.

Refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion and are not automatically guaranteed. Subscription plan payments are non-refundable once the monthly service window has begun.

9 SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number when booking or signing up, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Texas Auto Club related to your appointment, service updates, review requests, and promotional offers.

Message frequency: Varies based on booking activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per booking cycle.

Message & data rates: Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (512) 855-3447.

Data use: We will never sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on texasautoclub.com — including logos, text, photos, graphics, and design — is the property of Texas Auto Club and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any portion of our site or branding without our written permission.

Photos taken of your vehicle during service may be used by Texas Auto Club for marketing purposes (e.g. social media, website, advertisements). If you do not want photos of your vehicle used, please inform us in writing before or during your service.

11 Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
