Block House Creek is Leander's oldest major master-planned community, roughly 2,200 homes built mostly between 1983 and 2010 by Roper, Gidden, and DR Horton — a settled, established neighborhood next to Cedar Park with oversized lots and traditional one- and two-story homes, most around 1,800 square feet. More than 100 acres of greenspace and parkland run through the community, with swimming pools, lighted sports fields, a clubhouse, pavilions, and a playscape.
Being the oldest of Leander's major communities, Block House Creek sees more mature-tree sap and pollen buildup over a season than the city's newer master-plans like Travisso or Palmera Ridge, and a build-out spanning nearly three decades means we check each car's age and condition individually rather than assume uniform clear coat across the neighborhood.
