If you're looking for Carriage Hills and want to make sure you're in the right place: this is the Cedar Park one, built mostly in the 1990s and 2000s by Centex and DR Horton on both sides of Lakeline Boulevard, with homes running about 1,100 to 3,500 square feet in brick or stone with double-car garages. There's a separate, unrelated Carriage Hills about 25 miles away in Manor — same name, two completely different neighborhoods, and we service both as separate stops on separate routes.
Veteran's Memorial Park sits nearby with a beach-entry pool, a water playscape, and a five-acre dog park — enough foot and pet traffic that homes closest to the park see a bit more tracked-in debris than interior streets. Being a two-builder, roughly two-decade build-out, clear coat is fairly consistent here, which keeps most Carriage Hills (Cedar Park) details predictable.
