Garlic Creek is a master-planned community of roughly 850 homes built by Centex Homes and Meritage Homes between 2007 and 2016, northwest Buda, about two miles from Downtown Buda. The amenity center is genuinely substantial for a neighborhood this size: two playscapes, a fitness center, a 75-foot pool, a children's splash pad, basketball courts, a jogging/biking path, and an adjacent 31-acre park with its own trail network.

That much pool and splash-pad traffic means more chlorine residue and wet-footprint grime tracked onto driveways near the amenity center than on a quieter street — something we rinse thoroughly before any product goes on the paint. Being this close to Downtown Buda also means a bit more daily errand traffic and exhaust film for cars that make frequent short trips into town.
