Larkspur is a 608-acre master-planned community of more than 1,500 homes, designed by Milestone Community Builders, with homes from about 1,700 to 2,900 square feet. More than 100 acres of parkland and actual San Gabriel River frontage run through the community itself, alongside a recreational trail and an amenity center with a fitness center, playscape, clubhouse, and resort-style pool.
Having real river frontage inside the community means more humidity and seasonal debris near the water-adjacent sections than on Larkspur's interior streets, and with 1,500-plus homes built by one design firm, overall construction consistency tends to be more uniform than a multi-builder development — though we still check each car individually.
