Headwaters is built by David Weekley Homes and Taylor Morrison around a genuine sustainability focus — a community garden, miles of hiking and biking trails, and an amenity center called The HUB running fitness and yoga classes alongside a recreation center and a community pavilion for neighborhood events. It's one of Dripping Springs's newer large communities, and the conservation-minded layout means more natural, undeveloped land bordering individual lots than in a typical subdivision.

That borders-on-nature layout brings more pollen, leaf litter, and Hill Country dust onto parked cars than a flatter, more built-out neighborhood, and like most newer DS communities, active construction in later phases means periods of heavier grit in the air. We already run a sealed 0 PPM RO/DI system that fits naturally with a resource-conscious community like this one — nothing we bring touches anything on the property.
