Bunton Creek is one of the oldest and largest master-planned communities in Kyle, sitting east of I-35 with a community pool and genuinely mature landscaping that newer Kyle subdivisions haven't caught up to yet. Being more established than most of Kyle's recent new-construction boom, the clear coat here has had more years of Central Texas sun and pollen to deal with, which we account for with a proper pre-wash rather than a quick rinse.
East-of-I-35 Kyle also sees a bit more agricultural dust carried in on the wind than the newer west-side developments, simply from being closer to open land. Nothing dramatic, but it's part of why we don't treat every Kyle booking identically — Bunton Creek's age and location both factor into how we approach a car here.
