Carmel is one of Pflugerville's more established communities — tree-lined streets, wooded lots, and Craftsman-to-ranch architecture averaging around 3,100 square feet — with its own amenity center, two playgrounds, an Olympic-sized pool with a splash pad, and walking trails.
